Warranty

At Solid Ground Electric (SGE) we take pride in our workmanship and service. We install only the highest possible quality equipment from trusted manufacturers. We make every effort to supply parts with strong warranties straight from the manufacturer.

On top of that SGE backs up all our work with our Rock-Solid Warranty, the best warranty in the industry. This is the “Peace of Mind” that we package with every job we do.

SGE’s workmanship will be according to National Electrical Code and warrantied for 5 years for service or remodel, 10 years for new homes.

Rock-Solid Warranty does NOT cover labor for removal or installation of faulty equipment regardless of manufacturer warranty. Any manufacturer warranties, implicit or explicit, are the responsibility of the manufacturer and homeowner. Rock-Solid Warranty does NOT cover manufacturer recalls.

SGE reserves the right to inspect all faulty workmanship claims. Additional wiring not performed by SGE is not covered by Rock-Solid Warranty and may void entire contract.
